Frequently asked questions
Does FlagClear change anything in my Google Merchant Center?
No. FlagClear only reads your Merchant Center data. When a fix belongs in Shopify (for example a missing barcode or brand), we show you the exact change first and only apply it after you approve it. Every change is logged and can be reverted.
Can you get my suspended account reinstated?
Nobody can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google makes the final decision. FlagClear helps you find and fix the likely causes and tells you when it's sensible to request a review.
Which stores does it work with?
Shopify stores that send products to Google, usually through the Google & YouTube channel. You connect Shopify and your Merchant Center account with secure sign-in; we never see your passwords.
How often do you scan?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can disconnect Shopify and Google at any time and delete your account from Settings. We remove your store data and revoke our access. See the privacy policy for details.
